Custom sizes are made to order in 14-18 weeks with a 50% deposit payment on order and the balance when the rug is ready for delivery.

Bespoke size rug orders cannot be cancelled once work has commenced and cannot be returned unless delivered damaged or with a manufacturing fault.

Colours will appear different on every screen so we recommend checking colour and suitability by ordering a Sanderson Woodland Glade Gold custom size rug sample from the standard size listing for a £15 deposit, refundable when returned
