Our first Chelsea Flower Show

Wow – what a blast the Chelsea Flower Show was! Our first and what an incredible event it was! The weather was glorious, which always helps for shows of this nature. It proved to be a long week – we allowed plenty of time to set up our stand and ensure our collections were displayed as they should be. Then, 6 long days of visitor

We had over 1,500 people visit the stand over the duration – that’s lots more lovely contacts and customers whom we hope to speak to again. The much-loved Dash & Albert collection was by far the most popular. People couldn’t believe how an indoor/outdoor rug made from recycled plastic bottles could be so soft! We sometimes struggle to as well! It’s just wonderful what can be done with recycled products these days.

We had a wonderful team of 12 working over the duration. A good team is an absolute necessity, particularly for events that are so large and so new to us! Having that many people over the week made sure that we could all get off for a spot of shopping and to enjoy the wonderful sights and scents of the occasion.

For those that haven’t been before, we’d highly recommend it. There’s just a little something for everyone and joy and colour everywhere you look! We’ll be at a couple of other shows over the remainder of the year so be sure to keep an eye on our blog and social pages for more info!
